Many organisations are now adapting to change as a mean to save cost and be more profitable, it could even be that organisations are no longer able to continue with their current structure and therefore are looking at changing their workforce or structure of the business as a whole.

Businesses that adapt to this change may be at risk of losing their staff and assets in the process, for example, an organisation may cut down its workforce to save on cost, it may relocate to a different area to save on cost. In this process of change, employees could be effected for example losing their jobs and being unemployed also due to relocation if that’s part of the change employees again may not be able to travel to the new location and therefore have no choice but to be forced to give up their jobs.

An organisation would need to be careful when considering change making sure that it does create maximum damage to the company and its employees when it goes through the change process.

 Many of us assume that we cannot sometimes reach the unreachable, for example, when we apply for a certain things for example work we may be put off from applying as we may think that this job role is only for those candidates who have more experience than you or may have a higher qualification than us, however, this is not the case, if we try and push ourselves we can also, achieve this if we aim higher and set our target on achieving then we most probably can aim the same, but the question is do we try or do we give up and that’s the distinction between reaching our level and reaching the unreachable level.

If we look at another example of successful entrepreneurs they were not born to be successful entrepreneurs they never knew they will have reached the success they have when they first started, however, they worked hard, had believed that they could do this and put their aims and objectives in achieving success. The above examples illustrate to us that we can reach the unreachable if we try if we aim high and if we motivate our self and have self-believe and confidence that we can do it.
